We work the product following high quality and technical standards. Each processing step is carried out by specialized and highly qualified operators.
The pantographing allows to give the door the perfect shape and to decorate it by engraving the MDF CARB2 material with precise and decorative workings, according to the customer's needs.
The polishing consists in applying a layer of polyester that seals the door to the MDF CARB2 door. The polyester is used as base of the painting for each finish. It is one of the fundamental steps, because it determines the quality of the product and its durability over time.
The sanding eliminates the imperfections of previous workings and prepares the surface for the subsequent lacquering phase. It is performed automatically where possible, even if, for most of the work, it is made by hand, using all our artisans experience.
The lacquering is the real painting phase and is performed exclusively by hand. We develop different lacquering cycles for each finish, to obtain cutting-edge and quality products.
Polishing is performed only for the polished-brushed finish; it allows to remove the imperfections and to give the desired glossy effect in all the parts of the door, in the level surfaces and in the edges.
Drying is the drying phase of the paint. We have an oven to reduce ``natural`` drying times, responding more promptly to customer requests.
The quality control of the product is carried out with care and precision, to verify that the product corresponds to the high standards that we follow.
The packaging makes possible to secure the product, so that it is protected during the delivery to the customer. We use a resistant and enveloping packaging in order to safeguard every aspect.
